Poly-Nova’s acclaimed wasteless/flashless molding technology is typically used for smaller, precision parts and produces the highest quality of part available, direct from the molding process.

This process typically requires no finishing operation and is designed for minimal material wastage. Poly-Nova’s style of wasteless/flashless molding is ideally suited for use with high-end elastomers such as Fluorosilicone and Fluorocarbon. When coupling this process with an insert over molded design of part, the absolute minimum use of material can be achieved.
