We use a variety of injection molding processes depending on the specific part geometry and material requirements. The selected process will maximize efficiency, while minimizing material waste.
Injection Molding (hot runner) allows for rapid cavity filling and reduced cure times compared to that of conventional compression or transfer molding. The use of any IM process may often allow for fully automatic molding cycles with bulk material feeding and automatic part de-molding with a brush system or other similar device.
This process reduces the amount of material wasted during the molding cycle, thereby allowing the mold to run hotter with shorter cycle time.
